Kaxori is a product of DSO Marketing X, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Kaxori at kaxori.io or any associated domain, you are entering into an agreement with DSO Marketing X, LLC.
By creating an account or using Kaxori in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new date. Continued use of Kaxori after an update means you accept the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kaxori. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Please provide accurate information when creating your account. We may suspend or close accounts that use false or misleading information.
Kaxori is designed to help individuals prepare job application materials including resumes, cover letters, and ATS analysis. You may use Kaxori for your own personal job search activities.
You agree not to:
Kaxori offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) through our payment processor.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time unless required by applicable law. Cancellations stop future billing. Refunds are not automatic and are handled case by case through Support@Kaxori.io.
Pricing and plan features may change. We will provide reasonable notice before changes that affect your active subscription.
Kaxori uses artificial intelligence to generate resume content, cover letters, ATS scores, and related materials. AI-generated output is provided for informational and drafting purposes only.
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent results. Output may not fully reflect your actual experience, qualifications, or background. You must review all generated content carefully before using it.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all documents and content generated through Kaxori before submitting them to any employer or third party.
By submitting any material to an employer, you represent that it is accurate and truthful. Kaxori has no responsibility for inaccuracies or misrepresentations in documents you submit.
You retain ownership of the resume content, work history, and personal materials you upload to Kaxori. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service to you.
The Kaxori platform, interface, AI prompts, and underlying technology are owned by DSO Marketing X, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Kaxori's platform or technology.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will try to notify you when possible, but reserve the right to act immediately when necessary.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at Support@Kaxori.io.
Kaxori is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result will follow from using it, including job interviews or offers.
The ATS compatibility scores and resume analysis provided by Kaxori are estimates based on algorithmic analysis. They are not guarantees of outcome and should not be treated as professional career advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSO Marketing X, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Kaxori, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, employment decisions, or reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of Kaxori at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific feature.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California, unless otherwise required by law.
